Poésie Plateforme with Dora García and Esteban Buch, hosted by Jérôme Mauche

This "Poésie Plateforme" meeting on May 17, 2023 featured a dialogue between Dora García, an artist whose work has revolutionized the relationship between the public, performance, sculpture and film, and Esteban Buch, a specialist in the links between learned and popular music, and their political resonance in the 20th and 21st centuries.

This unprecedented encounter, which took place at the Fondation Pernod Ricard, coincided with two exhibitions by Dora García: at the MUKHA, Antwerp, under the title "Elle a plusieurs noms" - a retrospective of her performances - and at the Galerie Michel Rein, Paris, for a presentation of her recent work on the poet Mayakovsky. Esteban Buch recently published the highly acclaimed Playlist - Musique et sexualité, MF (2022).
