Beatrice Bonino's exhibition with works by Lutz Bacher, Matt Browning, Gianni Colombo, Giuseppe Desiato, Marisa Merz, Dieter Roth…
Curator: Catherine David
18.11.25 → 31.01.26
Opening on November 17 at 6p.m.
The Fondation Pernod Ricard is pleased to present the first institutional exhibition in France featuring the artist Beatrice Bonino, curated by Catherine David, Art Historian and guest curator.
Beatrice Bonino's work focuses on forgotten fragments, discarded or almost imperceptible materials, which she patiently assembles into delicate and surprising sculptures. Modest objects, juxtaposed, wrapped, or glued together, are transformed into signs of an enigmatic language that reveals itself only to those who take the time to observe. Her works invite us to slow down, to come closer, to accept opacity and fragility.
Alongside curator Catherine David, the artist also engages in a fruitful dialogue between his own visual style and historical works, notably those of Marisa Merz, Dieter Roth, Lutz Bacher, Giuseppe Desiato, and Gianni Colombo. This juxtaposition highlights the echoes and differences between different generations, placing his practice in a living continuity of artistic expression where memory and disappearance, formal rigor, and discreet poetry meet.
Through this exhibition, the Foundation reaffirms its commitment to supporting artists whose unique approaches open new avenues for reflection. True to its mission, it strives to support and highlight the diversity of practices that shape the contemporary art landscape today.
