Launch of the book Sexe trois by Camille Kingué (ed. Les Petits Matins)

Oscillating between poem, diary and theoretical fragment, Camille Kingué questions what it is to love and desire when one is a woman’s body, a black body and/or a queer body; what the body gives to see and what it conceals; what language always lacks of the other.

Sexe trois is followed by an afterword by the artist K. Desbouis.

Salt Bath is the adaptation, in collaboration with Camille Aleña, of a poem written by Desbouis in 2019. The film, which follows the wandering, doubts, and nocturnal encounters of 9 young people, was shot in four nights in Prague in 2023, without rehearsal, between a house formerly confiscated by the communist regime and various outdoor settings (parks, nightclubs). The majority of the film’s dialogue was delivered to the actors via invisible earphones. Almost all amateurs, the performers seem affected by the feeling that an event crossing all layers of reality (the cosmos, the city, the individual) must happen, if it is not already the case: "I suppose one always dies a few days before being dead", confesses one of the characters in one of the monologues that punctuate the film.
