Education. Un manifeste programmatique

Tuesday 23 June 2015 at 7 pm

Michelangelo Pistoletto and Michel Maffesoli will discuss a new conception of education, and in particular the place of art as a vehicle of initiation relating to the postmodern period.

Let us not forget that, alongside his specifically artistic work, Michelangelo Pistoletto has for many years been developing, at Biella, in Italy, a creative art centre for young generations of artists based on a thoroughly “holistic” conception: art, culture, and even spirituality are all in a state of constant interaction. This is indeed the beating heart of postmodernity.
