Conceived as a television show, The New Kid is above all an investigation on the mythology surrounding Billy The Kid’s life, the far West 19th Century American rebel. In this largely improvised show, the people of the city of Las Vegas are invited to testify on their knowledge of the character and on the projection of who would Billy The Kid be today. Could Billy The Kid exist in the 21st century?
