Lina Schlageter
Born in 1990. Lives and works between Berlin (Germany) and Paris (France).
Lina Schlageter is a choreographer, dancer, and Laban notator. She develops a practice at the intersection of dance, sound, and visual arts. Her recent work focuses on the relationships between the notions of gaze, film editing, choreography, and feminist self-determination. Since 2021, it has been supported by Communication Non Verbale, an association pooling resources for the production of several artists and friends, including Louise Siffert and Sofia Cardona Parra. Her pieces have been presented in Île-de-France, Nantes, Marseille, Copenhagen (DK), Vienna (AT), and have received various forms of support (L-EST grant, Création en Cours, White Mountain College, ATLAS–Impulstanz).
