Théo Casciani
Théo Casciani is an author. Born in 1995, he studied at Sciences Po and the Sorbonne in Paris before joining La Cambre in Brussels, where he now teaches.
Rétine, his first novel, was published by Éditions P.O.L in 2019 and will soon be published in English and Polish by HELA Press. His fiction, translated into various languages and honored with several awards, has been presented in many forms in France and abroad, notably by the Centre Pompidou, Montez Press, the Beyeler Foundation, Soto, Sadie Coles, Spazio Maiocchi, Trauma, and the Louvre Museum, as well as in publications such as AOC, Kaleidoscope, Alphabet, Klima, Habitante, Magma, Mouvement, European Review of Books, and The Brooklyn Rail. These texts have been the subject of numerous collaborations, including residencies at the Villa Medici, in Providenza, and at the Hotel Experimenta, and led to a research seminar in 2021. His second novel, Insula, published in January 2026 by P.O.L., received the Prix La Perle.
