Discussion between Flora Bouteille & Cassandre Langlois
On the occasion of the Paris Performance cycle and the TextWork writing grant, the Foundation is organizing a discussion between Flora Bouteille and Cassandre Langlois.
Moderated by Noémie Pacaud, Project and Residency Manager at the Foundation.
Following a research residency at the Crédac in 2021, Flora Bouteille and Cassandre Langlois have together imagined the group exhibition "Tout dans le cabinet mental", at the Ivry art center in 2022. This year, Flora Bouteille and the group Angels' Front are hosting the Paris Performances cycle at the Fondation Pernod Ricard, while Cassandre Langlois is the recipient of the TextWork 2024 writing grant. In the discussion, they will share the subjects that bring them together in the field of performance art, and in particular around the notion of pre-enactment, enabling political prefigurations to be considered through the medium of art.
