Luke Rhinehart, guest of honnor, will talk with Gilles Barbier Saturday, June 23, at 2 PM.

 

FILAF brings together, celebrates and awards the best books and films about art produced in the world during the past year. It is the occasion of projections, meetings, discoveries of books and exhibitions. The festival is at the crossroads of literature, visual arts and cinema.

Luke Rhinehart is the author of eleven books, including The Dice Man, which has been honoured as « one of the greatest books of all time ». More than 30 different editions have been published in the last decade in 27 languages, producing the largest number of copies sold.

After living in various foreign countries, Luke and his family (his wife Ann and three children) moved to an old farm in northern New York State. He continues to write, two books were published in the last three years, Invasion and its sequel. His neighbors only know him by his real name… George Cockcroft.
