XS PARIS

Commissioner Elisabeth Wetterwald has brought together 40 artists with whom she shares genuine affinities. As the title of the show indicates, she designed the project in a playful spirit and asked the artists to create one or several « small » pieces, leaving it to them to interpret smallness in a personal way and on the basis of their other work. Still, she gave them two rules: the pieces in question should neither be models nor reductions of real objects. Most of these works will be exhibited for the first time.
